Spotlights was an annually published prestige book that featured the largest commercial properties Stewart Title underwrote. While there are beautiful resorts and modern office buildings that make the list, there are also apartment complexes, industrial facilities and wind farms that are not as attractive.

 

The challenge is to create a simple, clean layout that presents them all properties an attractive manner.
